Return Policy
Cancellation & Refund:

1. Most of our products are coming from a factory and warehouse in China or Singapore. And are sent without the original box as the original box is too big and costly to send.

2. We cannot accept order cancellation once the items have been processed and sent to the courier company.

3. Confirmation of your order, payment provider shipping address and phone number is required after checkout & payment completed. Items will only be sent to the matching confirmed payment provider address(NON P.O. Box) and cannot be processed without a valid phone number.

4. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days(possibly a little longer in holiday periods or because of the ongoing COVID problem) after receiving cleared payment.

5. We cannot accept order refund for the reason of delivery failure due the wrong delivery address, unreachable phone number, wrong postal code or any missing information provided for shipping address.

6. Returns or exchange are not accepted once any the items are opened, if you simply purchased incorrectly, change your mind or don't read properly what it is you are buying. Any return shipping cost (customs duty fees etc) is the buyers responsibility unless we send the incorrect item.

7. Shipping Time: All items if shipped by DHL or similar premium courier take about 10-15 days and about 10-20 days if shipped by standard international shipping.

8. Payment processor(Paypal) fees are not refunded for any cancellations. There is nothing we can do about that as it's the processors policy not ours.

Returns are accepted only if the wrong item is sent, buyer pays return shipping fee or keep the product & agree to refund price with seller.
Opened and used items cannot be accepted for a return or refund.
Ordered wrong or change of mind cannot be accepted for a return or refund, all the information is here to make an informed choice.
The key to everything on our site is communication so please just contact us before, during & after sale with any questions, problems or commendations.
About the only thing we can't do is cover return costs (unless it's our mistake) any returns would need to be covered by yourself but again, contact us so we can work out something mutually beneficial if possible.

Shipping Info
Occasionally depending where in the world you are there may be an extra cost on top for shipping to you. This is not our choice, this is dependent on the available shipping options for your location.
We use a few different methods for shipping because not all companies do the same prices or services, so we hunt out the best provider we can e.g. DHL, TNT, FedEx, EMS, various countries post office parcel post.
We source our products from all over the world so unfortunately there is no hard & fast rule or provider.
Please always Contact Us prior to confirming your order so we can work out the best(cheapest and fastest) method for your budget and give you a 100% final price prior to finalising your order.
We want to be clear & up front with you about your total cost so there is no surprises for you.
Also there would be (on many but not all items) a premium shipping option as well if you are in a hurry & want to pay some extra for quicker delivery, so again Contact Us if you would like a premium option for your order.

Something Missing from your order?
No problem, just contact us with a description and image of the specific missing item/piece. We will send the replacement to you for free as part of our service.

Product branding:
Sometimes a product listed as "abc" brand might be out of stock but a like for like alternative brand name will be sent in it's place.
